Prototype

Content operations dashboard

A content team's real state lives in a shared sheet, a folder of documents and somebody's memory of what is with the client. This was an attempt to put the three in one place and see whether the surface earned itself.

What it shows you
How we prototype a team's workflow before committing to build it

This one is driven on a call.

Delivered to a client
Never

Built to settle a scope question. Nothing here is counted as work.

What is in it.

  • Briefs as records rather than documents, so a piece carries its own target, angle and internal links
  • Pipeline state on the piece itself: drafted, in review, with the client, scheduled, published
  • Publishing status read back against the piece, so the board is not a second thing to keep updated

Why there is no link.

The shell holds a working account layer and no content worth showing, so a link would be an invitation to sign into an empty tool. It also is not the offer: what we sell is production capacity with a strategy layer, not a platform, and a link here would imply otherwise.

Every figure inside these is sample data. We walk you through them live on a call; each card below has a booking link.

Where to next

Want one of these built around your own workflow?

A working version in two weeks. Not a specification document, not a deck: something your team can click and argue with.

We reply within two business days. If it is a fit, you get a one-page note on what to do first, before any sales call.
