What is still being copied, chased, rebuilt or checked by hand? A few sentences is enough; the reply comes from the founder and says whether to build it, automate it, staff it or leave it alone.
We reply within two business days. If it is a fit, you get a one-page note on what to do first, before any sales call. If it is not a fit, the reply says so and tells you to leave it alone. The first question on the form is which free first step you want back; the first-move page lists every one with what you would have to send.
