Remote developers are $10 to $40 an hour by seniority, or $1.6K to $4.8K a month dedicated. The quote for a named person sits inside that range.
The month is 4.33 weeks
Hours a week × 52 weeks ÷ 12 months, full time at 40 hours or part time at 20. Invoiced weekly by the hour, with no placement fee.
Other roles are quoted
SDRs, marketing, assistants, support and research roles are priced with the candidate profiles, before anyone starts. The calculator lists them without a price.
