- Who owns the work
- You do. The work happens in your repository and accounts, and ownership is written into the statement of work.
- NDA and data
- Every paid trial runs under an NDA, yours or ours. Access comes from you, to the systems the role needs.
- Hours overlap

What does a remote hire cost?
Engineers are $25 to $40 an hour, or $2.4K to $4.8K a month for a dedicated hire. Other roles are quoted per role, with the profiles, before anyone starts.
Who manages them day to day?
You direct the work, in your tools and your standups. Qelv LLC holds the contract, and the founder stays accountable for the work.
What if the fit is wrong?
The paid trial exists so a wrong fit shows up before you commit. After that it's month to month, with no placement fee.
