Challenge
NeuralDeep signed a partnership before any of the machinery behind it existed: no shared cloud project, no billing, no workspace.
Solution
A Google Cloud project, Stripe billing, Vercel hosting and a shared workspace, a joint demo in May and a Gemini API sprint in July.
Result
The partnership could work and bill from day one, and winding it down later left no cloud costs running unowned.

The Gemini API integration challenge

NeuralDeep, an AI company building a companion product, signed a partnership before any of the machinery behind it existed: no shared cloud project, no billing, no workspace, and a model integration still to be built. The partnership needed to start work rather than start procurement.
